Telescope/Mount Drivers
Can anyone please tell me how you connect-up the guide 'scope and camera to guide the LX90 using the equatorial wedge. The connector cable set will probably emade what we'll need. I missed your post before I added all of that information.

keade Here is a good hardwood DIY wedge, made by a guy on here? This driver provides both telescope and focuser interfaces each of which may be used by separate programs. Driver name users, in the Chooser: I'm trying to get it to the point where I can do astrophotography remotely.
I've gotten used to navigating through the Autostar hand controller but the software that is supposed to emulate the hand controller is not showing me what the controller is doing so that doesn't work. I tried out a new program called ScopeDriver today which also asscom work, but I noticed that in its documentation it said that some ascomm will refuse to accept any serial commands until after they have been aligned.

Once you have done the above, or any time you park the scope, you may power it down or leave it powered up with the "Scope parked Looks good to me, the declination can be altered by the north facing bolt at the front, as there is a nut above and below the wedge, there is a gap between the wedge and the top of the pier, but can't be seen on this image, so the actual wedge is sitting on four large nuts and washers, so as to be able to get perfectly horizontal to start, but I guess the angle of the wedge needs to be pretty close and final adjustment with the bolt.
Was anyone able to figure out a good way to control the LX90 from a computer??? It sounds like you're on top of things.
